Mimi & Lu is an event design and production studio working across private celebrations and brand events in London and Surrey.

We begin with the space: how it will be used, what is already there and what needs to change. Sometimes that means producing an event from the ground up. At other times, it means working intelligently with a venue or a client’s existing pieces to create something that feels entirely new.

Our work spans creative direction, planning, spatial design, supplier management, styling and on-site production. Keeping these elements connected allows the event to develop as one complete idea rather than a collection of separate details.

We do not work to a fixed house style. Each project responds to its setting, its purpose and the people experiencing it. We are interested in the whole room—not only the things brought into it.

Established in 2018, Mimi & Lu works with a trusted network of suppliers and craftspeople to deliver events with imagination, clarity and close attention to how they function.
